Golden Light and Magic & Blue Hour Images
Golden Hour
These two pictures the sun is at golden and magic hour they are both the same the difference is the sky likes really colorful for magic hour and is still above the horizontal but in Golden hour the light is golden and still slightly powerful.

Blue Hour: This is considered blue hour because the sun is already leaving and it has gone under the horizontal. line

Spot Lights
Flood Lights are too hot and they release so much light and are super bright.
We can also see from this picture that the flood lights release a lot of light and are used for big events.
Spot lights also get hot and release a lot of light but thru smaller holes.

Because light is released through a smaller hole it shines on certain spots of room or places.
Academic Description: We learned about spot lights and flood lights. Which i already knew what they were but it is cool to go into more depth. I see the spot lighting at performances, dances, and assembly's and see flood lights at football games.It is used to provide light in large or certain areas.

Light Terms
Overexposure- The picture has too much of a glare hurts to look at.
Underexposure- really dark you cant see much.

Magic Hour- Is at sunrise and sunset and the sky looks beautiful.
Ratio Lighting- The lighting of the picture is not even and the light is distributed differently to different parts of the picture.
Academic Description: So I knew these terms already but it was cool getting more into depth of these definitions. I also have seen these picture lighting in the real world usually movies and videos.

Academic Description: I learned a lot about how people take these kinds of pictures in the real world. This assignment is used in the real world in movies and magazines when photographers take pictures for companies like beach spots, vacation getaways, and modeling for companies.

Academic Description: I chose this brand because I really like there shoes and these shoes are new too. looked for places that had nice grass to chose where to take the picture. My first step was looking for a scenery. Yes, I saw chairs where people can pose for shoe ads as well. I was trying to sell shoes and I would say, "who doesn't want nice, comfortable shoes to workout in and wear on dates in".
I used and angle to get the whole shoes and the slogan.I just used Photoshop to edit the logo and slogan.I also used light to reflect the shoes well. My audience is middleschoolers, teens and young adults from 13-28. Yes, because the shoe looks nice and the angle shows that the shoe can be used for different things. This assignment relates to the real world because a lot of companies advertise their products the same way I did. A career that would use this idea is photographers for companies and public relations workers.My experience was fun I got to do a thing that is used in the real world the only challenge I had was coming up with the idea of where to take the picture.
02/02/2018 - Line Art: Self Portrait Illustration
Academic Description: I was looking nice for a party I went to but the reason I used those colors because I was trying to match the colors but I didn't do it too well. I just emphasized myself in that manner just too not reason and the background I chose is because I like that color. And the biggest challenge was outlining everything. I learned how people make cartoons. The outcome was having a cool picture carbonized. No I expected to have had the colors less dark. I have seen the line art in cartoons and on digital cartoons.
2/7/2018 - Me In History
.Academic Description: I chose to put myself in this historic photo because I looked up a picture of him and we looked similar and I liked the way he was able to keep his fame but always put his faith first and give Glory to God and I learned to do that too so we have a similar trait which is to always put God first.
2/15/2018 - Take a Vacation
Academic Description: For this assignment I went to a football field that is supposed to be in Canton, Ohio where the hall of fame game is. The reason I chose this place is because a dream of mine when I was younger was to make it to the NFL as a quarterback and play in this game. Sadly, this dream will not come true but it was a nice dream to think about. But this scene is not really a vacation but I asked if I can do the assignment like this and I was able to.

Academic Description: Honestly, from this project I learned a lot about editing. It is really hard and stressful it must take so long to edit a video. Overall it opened my mind and made me think about how long it must take to make a movie and overall it is not easy. I learned how to edit and now I gained a skill I can use in life.

Painting With Light
Academic Description: I chose a theme that portrayed my name. I chose the color white because that is the only color of light the is produce on my phone. I used a kind of cursive design it did not come out successful but that is why it came out in cursive. There was no scene I was trying to portray but I did want to demonstrate my skills of painting with light by going fast. I have seen this in movies and pictures that portray a night light or campfire kind of theme.

Learned how to use surrealism in a picture and it was really cool now I have a skill that is used in the professional field.

04/23/18 Double Exposure
Academic Description: I have seen double exposure images before I usually see them on movie posters. Creating one today was the first time I ever have created a double exposure image. The editing process was tough at first but once I got the hang of it I was able to understand it and do it well. I think combining the pictures was a challenge at first. I think many magazine, modeling agencies, photographers, and computer artists,may create images like these.

Face Illusion
Academic Description: Today's project was difficult. After figuring it out it was fun though. Every time I look at the image I get thrown off but I like illusions so this project was fun.

Academic Description: This assignment was overall pretty fun to do. I liked taking pictures from the angle I was on and it was cool seeing the way pictures and scenes are changed by shutter speed and it was a very good learning experience.

05/09/2018 - Image Restoration
Academic Description:
The image needed a lot of restoration because it had a lot of damaged spots on the main parts of the picture I fixed the corner, face, and hair. What features/ tools on Photoshop CC did you implement to restore the image.
I used the spot heal brush tool and the stamp tool to fix the image. The image looks way better and more improved after the editing.
1.I have seen image restoration online, newspapers, and magazines.
2. I think people and companies do it because some pictures need be restored and people would pay to restore an image.
3. It was fun, fixing the image and being able to spot the unique differences.
4. This project definitely connects well to the job industry because many magazine and newspaper companies have to offer this service and do similar projects.
5. FedEx/ Kinkos offers this service.
5/14/2018 - Resume
Academic Description:
1. It takes about 15-45 seconds to review an applicant's resume.
2. A resume is mainly needed to give an employer a short description of yourself.
3. The information that should always be in the header should be your name, address, phone number, and email.
4. The applicants objective is for a resume to land them an interview.
5. Important information should be placed in this order: Objective, education, skills & abilities, experience, honors, and activities.
6. I think this connects to the real world as almost all people who apply for jobs require a resume to impress the employer.
7. A resume is not primarily needed, but its main purpose is to get an interview for a job.

Academic Description: Yes, I learned about it at my elementary school. Yes, ever since I learned I would practice whenever I am on a computer. Since then I have typed faster and more efficiently. I learned how to type in elementary school for the first time I had no prior experience. The challenge to me was placing my right hand on the keyboard because it is not my dominant hand so it is stiff. Before I learned I did not know there was proper hand placement on the keyboard. My goal before college is to type 60 words per minute.
Typography 05/25/18
1. I only knew about a few fonts and how to type not how to address a certain audience.
2. I assumed typography was taking pictures of certain fonts. It is about writing in different fonts depending on who the audience is.
3. I typed in a big size font because the invitation is going to people of all ages.
4. Magazine artists and publishers, and certain typing companies and printing companies like FedEx.
5. I made sure I had a certain font and made sure it addressed the right audience.
6.Publishers, definitely use this project on a daily for magazines, posters, fliers, and books.
